Reset Password
Users can change their password if they forgot it through the Login page.
Steps:
1. At Login, click "Reset password".
3. Provide your Email address and click "Reset password".
4. Check your Email Inbox for the Reset Password email and click "Reset Password".
5. In the new open tab, type your New Password and click Confirm, then click "Reset Password".
6. Your password will be reset, and you will be asked to log in again.
Change Password
Changing your password can be done through Account Settings.
Note: This can work only if you remember your password and are logged in.
If you're logged in but can't recall the password, please log out and repeat the above steps (Reset Password).
Steps:
On your Dashboard, go to Settings & Security.
Click on "Change Password".
Type in your Current password, then your New password, and Repeat the password.
Click on "Change password" to confirm the details.
