Most deposits will generally be credited within minutes.
Other cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT) will usually be deposited within one hour since being first confirmed on the corresponding network (Bitcoin or Ethereum).
It can sometimes take longer, however, up to a few hours is still normal in some (rare) circumstances.
Please track your deposit transaction in the wallet/service you sent it from or on public blockchain explorers until it reaches one confirmation. After this, it will typically be credited within an hour or two.
Your cryptocurrency deposit must receive several blockchain confirmations before the fund gets credited to your MyCointainer account. These are used to avoid double-spending risks and ensure that the transactions cannot be reversed.
You can check the number of confirmations by copy-pasting the hash in the Explorer search field. The time required for a deposit to be confirmed also varies based on many factors, including:
network congestion
amount of fees included in the transaction
