If you want to find out whether your deposit or withdrawal is processed, you first need to locate your transaction hash or also called TxID.

A TxID or Transaction ID is a string of letters and numbers that identifies a specific transaction on the blockchain. The string is simply the double SHA-256 hash of a transaction. This hash can be used to look up a transaction on a node or block explorer such as Etherscan, Snowtrace, BitQuery, etc.

Below you can see an example of a TxID taken from a random ETH transaction on Etherscan:

When signing a transaction, it is the Txid that is signed. Signing the Txid ensures that if any part of the transaction changes, the transaction ID changes, and the signature is rendered invalid.

To find your TxID for a specific transaction made in your MyCointainer account, please go to Wallet < Transactions < Select transaction you're curious about and you can see all the details there, just like in the screenshot below:
