โ€‹โ€‹If you try to log in and it doesn't allow you to, or if you get a message on your screen that says "Unauthorized", you will need to clear your browser cookies and cache. Below you'll find quick actions to make it in your OS.


Note: Our desktop platform is developed to be compatible with Chrome and Firefox.

This doesn't mean it won't work with others. However, compatibility is not guaranteed.

Steps to fix your login issue

On a Mac/OSX:

Safari

  1. In the Safari menu bar, click the Safari option.

  2. Click the Clear History link.

  3. In the Clear drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.

  4. Click the Clear History button.

Chrome

  1. On the browser toolbar, click the Chrome menu icon.

  2. Select the Clear browsing data link.

  3. In the data drop-down menu, select the time range where you want to clear browsing data.

  4. Select the Cookies and other sites and plug-in data and Cached images and files checkboxes.

  5. Click the Clear Browsing Data button.

Firefox

  1. In the Firefox menu bar, click the Firefox option.

  2. Select the Preferences link.

  3. Click the Privacy tab.

  4. Under the History heading, click the clear your recent history link.

  5. Select the Cache checkbox.

  6. Click the Clear Now button.

In Microsoft Windows:

Chrome

  1. On your computer, open Chrome.

  2. At the top right, click More .

  3. Click More tools. Clear browsing data.

  4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.

  5. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.

  6. Click Clear data.

Firefox

  1. In the Menu bar at the top of the screen, click Firefox and select Preferences. Click the menu button. and select Settings.

  2. Select the Privacy & Security panel and go to the Cookies and Site Data section.

  3. Click the Clear Data button. The Clear Data dialog will appear.

  4. Click Clear.

Edge

  1. In Edge, select Settings and more in the upper right corner of your browser window.

  2. Select Settings > Privacy, search, and services.

  3. Select Choose what to clear under Clear browsing data > Clear browsing data now.

  4. Under Time range, choose a time range from the list.

  5. Select Cookies and other site data, and then select Clear now.
