Withdraw crypto from Web MyCointainer

Note: Non-ERC or Non-Ethereum-based assets take 24 hours to be processed completely. ERC20 or Ethereum-based assets like CTSI, SNX, BP, COC, MATIC, etc., take more than 24 and a maximum of 96 hours to 10 days (depending on the asset and the Ethereum network congestion) to be unlocked/unbound/unstaked from the primary node before the withdrawal can be processed.

1. After logging in, select “New Transaction” on the top right of your dashboard and click on the withdraw button:

2. On the withdrawal page, select the asset you intend on withdrawing:

3. Enter the receiving Wallet address and the amount you plan on withdrawing.

4. After the withdrawal request has been made, the status of your withdrawal may give you a clue about the progress of the withdrawal.

Note: There are minimum withdrawal requirements for each asset.

Below are the various interpretations of the status of a withdrawal request:

Status

Meaning

Pending

This means MyCointainer is processing the withdrawal

Verification

Every withdrawal request needs to be confirmed/verified by you via email or 2FA (based on the user’s choice). MyCointainer WILL NOT process unverified or unconfirmed withdrawal requests

Sent

This status means the withdrawal has been processed by MyCointainer and should be visible in the account you provided during the withdrawal request

Canceled

Cancelation of withdrawal can be made by either you or MyCointainer. We’ll provide you a reason if we cancel it

In some cases, you may fail to verify your withdrawal requests. The solution is to go to “Transactions” and cancel the unverified withdrawal request. Afterward, create a new withdrawal request, and don’t forget to verify/confirm the request via email or a 2FA code.

Note: Each asset has a particular chain or network supported by MyCointainer. You need to provide a RECEIVING WALLET ADDRESS corresponding to the chain or network supported by MyCointainer during withdrawal time.

If you are unfamiliar with which network or chain address to use OR have any further inquiries, kindly contact us via Support Chat or email [email protected].
