Two-factor authentication (2FA) is an identity and access management security method that requires two forms of identification to access resources and data. 2FA gives businesses the ability to monitor and help safeguard their most vulnerable information and networks.

How to Enable 2 Factor Authentication

Steps:

1. To Enable 2 Factor Authentication, you will need to use Google Authenticator. To download and setup Google Authenticator, click on Android or IOS.

2. Go back to MyCointainer Business Dashboard. In Account Settings click on "Activate" under the 2-factor authentication section.

4. Proceed with the instructions on the screen to set up a 2-factor authentication.

5. Save your backup keys. You'll need them in case you can't use Google Authenticator for any reason.

6. Submit the code from your Authenticator app within the given timeframe on the phone and click "Finish". The time limit resets the code, so if you run out of time, be sure to enter a new code generated by Authenticator.

7. Once all the steps are completed, you will see that your Status is Active ✅

8. Make sure to save your work. You can do this by clicking "Save" in the bottom right corner.
