Users can change their password if they forgot it through the Login page.

Steps:

1. At Login, click "Reset password".

3. Provide your Email address and click "Reset password".

4. Check your Email Inbox for the Reset Password email and click "Reset Password".

5. In the newly open tab, type in your New Password and Confirm password, then click "Reset Password".

6. Your password will be reset, and you will be asked to log in again.

Changing your password can be done through Account Settings.

Note: This can work only if you remember your password and are logged in.

If you're logged in but can't recall the password, please log out and repeat the above steps (Reset Password).

Steps:

1. On your Dashboard, go to Account Settings.

2. Click on "Send Reset Password Email".

3. Go to your Email Inbox and click "Reset Password" in received email.

4. You will be taken to a new page to reset your password, type in your new Password, then Confirm Password

6. Once a new Password is submitted, click "Reset Password", and you're done!

Your Password update is completed!
