To log into your Mycointainer account, you must log in with your registered email and password. You can do that if you're facing any challenges and want to update your account's email for a good reason. Read this short article to learn how to update your email.

NOTE: Only verified users can change their emails, this is done due to the security measures.

We have not added a button for changing email addresses yet. It's currently on our roadmap, but we don't have a specific ETA. For now, we change emails manually, so you need to contact us via the chatbox on the bottom left, contact form, or email([email protected]).

Compose a message to our help desk and include a selfie of yourself while holding your ID with a piece of paper in one hand. The sheet of paper should have "the current date" and the word "MyCointainer" and "Change Email" written on it. Make sure the image is clear and visible to read on both documents.

When we get this message from verified users, we will verify your account from our side and change the email address manually.
