MyCointainer strives to stay as transparent as possible on the fee structure. Also, please note that fees are sometimes subject to change due to network changes over which MyCointainer has limited or no control.
Deposit fees
MyCointainer does not charge fees for making a deposit, however, network fees may be accrued during the transaction - this fee does not go to MyCointainer.
In addition, a network fee will be charged following the deposit of ERC20 assets like SNX, CTSI, LOOM, etc., to enable the transfer of the deposited asset from a user’s MyCointainer account to our main node to initiate the staking. The network charge/fee is determined by the current Ethereum network or gas fees.
Note: The fees will be charged from the deposited asset if the user does not have ETH to cater for it.
You can check out the minimum deposit amount and fees for bank transfers here.
Withdrawal fees
Withdrawal fees are calculated by multiplying the percentage fees by the amount withdrawn plus the constant “CONST”.
For example, Algorand has a withdrawal fee (WF) percentage of 0.29% and a CONST of 1 ALGO
If a user intends to withdraw 500 ALGO,
WF = (500 x 0.29%) + 1 ALGO
WF = 1.45 + 1 ALGO
WF = 2.45 ALGO.
Note: Network or gas fees are not determined by MyCointainer, and it’s calculated and charged when the transaction is made based on the current network or gas fees.
You can check out withdrawal fees with the minimum withdrawn amount here.
